What we store and why

Short version: we store what you type in our forms, use it to answer you, and delete it when you ask.

What we store

When you fill in a form we store your email address and, if given, name, phone number, company, city, chosen time and message. We also store when the form was sent, from which page, and the browser type, to detect abuse.

Reports are built from public information: the Google Business Profile, the company website and answers from AI services. We store nothing about you as a private person from those sources.

Why

To show and send the report you asked for, to call you if you booked, and to get in touch once to ask whether you want help. The legal basis is contract and legitimate interest. No newsletters, and we never sell data.

For how long

24 months after the last contact, or until you ask us to delete it. Customer records required by bookkeeping law are kept as the law requires.

Cookies and tracking

The site sets no tracking cookies and loads no third-party scripts. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your IP address reaches Google when the page loads. That is why there is no cookie banner.

Where data is stored

In a Cloudflare database. Processors acting on our behalf have GDPR agreements.

Your rights

You can at any time ask what we store about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to us contacting you. Email hej@synsni.com and we sort it within a week. You can also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
